Mayor Oscar “Oca” Malapitan congratulates 8-year-old Francis Leoj Bacaycay for being the Cub Scout Champion in the National Capital Region.
Fueled by Mayor Oca’s full support, Francis, a Grade 3 student from Bagong Silang Elementary School, won against 13 other representatives from other cities and municipality in Metro Manila.
Citing the recent achievements of Caloocan students in different fields, Mayor Oca said his office will never get tired in supporting DepEd-Caloocan.
